Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build the OrgWorkspace agent platform, deterministic orchestration, probabilistic agents, and the governance layer that makes enterprises trust both.
You will work across the OrgWorkspace stack, from the orchestration engine that runs durable, long-lived workflows, to the agent runtime, to the interfaces enterprise teams use every day. We care about engineered software that is AI-augmented where it counts, not chatbots dressed as platforms. You will ship features that run in regulated production environments from day one.
What you’ll do
- Design and build modular, reusable code blocks that snap together into agentic workflows.
- Extend the orchestration engine that gives workflows durability, retries and a replayable audit trail.
- Build the governance and simulation tooling that lets customers test changes before they reach production.
- Work directly with delivery teams and customers to turn real operational problems into shipped features.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications across the full stack.
- Strong TypeScript and modern framework experience; comfort with Node.js services.
- Experience with workflow engines, queues or event-driven architectures.
- A bias for deterministic, testable systems, and good judgment about where AI belongs.
