5. Google Workspace Data - How We Access and Use Google User Data
If you authorize access to your Google account, we may collect information from Google APIs such as your email address, profile photo, and files from Google Drive. You control the access scope and can revoke access at any time.
As part of our integration with Google Workspace APIs (such as Google Drive), our platform may access limited Google user data strictly for the purpose of delivering core functionalities of our AI-powered enterprise assistant—Organizational GPT.

We may access the following Google user data:
- 5.1.1. Google Drive file content and metadata (e.g., file names, types, and contents)
- 5.1.2. Basic user profile information (e.g., name, email address, profile photo—only if required for personalization or user authentication)
- 5.1.3. Other limited data as explicitly authorized by the user via OAuth consent

Google user data is accessed solely to:
- 5.2.1. Search and retrieve documents or files stored in the user’s Google Drive
- 5.2.2. Provide natural language responses, summaries, or document-based insights
- 5.2.3. Enable secure, role-aware access to files as part of your organizational workflow
5.3. How Your Data Is Protected

5.6. Data Retention and Deletion
If access is revoked or an account is terminated, all associated Google user data is deleted from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
5.7. Google Workspace API Data Usage
We DOES NOT USE ANY DATA OBTAINED via Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. All data accessed through Google APIs is strictly limited to delivering user-requested functionality within the scope of the application. We access Google user data only after obtaining explicit user consent via OAuth, in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy. Access is granted solely for the purposes described and is governed by the scopes authorized by the user at the time of consent.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
