Forward-Deployed Solutions Engineer
Sit beside enterprise customers, map their operations, and turn their hardest workflows into governed OrgWorkspace agents.
Our platform is delivered hands-on by the team that built it. As a forward-deployed solutions engineer, you are the bridge between a customer's messiest operational reality and a working, governed agentic workflow. You will scope discoveries, design pilots, and stay close enough to the work to make ROI show up during the pilot, not after it.
What you’ll do
- Run scoped discovery engagements that identify the highest-value workflows to automate.
- Configure agentic workflows using the OrgWorkspace platform, composing, not coding from scratch.
- Own pilot success metrics and change-management enablement with customer teams.
- Feed real delivery learnings back into the product roadmap.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in solutions engineering, implementation or technical consulting.
- Experience with enterprise process automation in regulated industries.
- Strong communication skills. You can talk to a claims adjuster and a CIO in the same day.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site discovery and launch.
