Must Have Skills:

SaaS Sales Expertise: Proven track record in selling SaaS products, with a deep understanding of subscription-based models and customer acquisition strategies.

Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp and articulate the value proposition of AI-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking and managing sales activities.

Good to Have:

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as finance, legal, or customer support, where Scalong's solutions are particularly impactful.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Networking Abilities: Established network within target industries to facilitate introductions and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing Scalong's AI solutions like Organizational GPT and ExtractQ to address specific client needs
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and progress opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, gather feedback, and refine sales strategies
  • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client relationships
