Experience: 2-4 Years
Why This Role Exists
Scalong, a brand of iBoss Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd., builds business-centric AI and automation products that help enterprises simplify complex workflows and improve decision-making. Established in 2007, we are an ISO 27001 certified technology company with deep experience across enterprise software, automation, APIs, cloud, and AI-led transformation.
Our focus is on building practical AI products — not just ideas on slides. We work on solutions involving LLMs, workflow automation, knowledge systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, and rapid prototyping to solve real business problems.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for a hands-on Associate Product Manager who can help us take AI product ideas from customer conversations to real working solutions. This is not a passive documentation role.
We need someone who can:
understand business problems clearly
run product demos confidently
gather and structure requirements well
think through workflows end-to-end
create quick POCs using AI tools
work closely with engineering, AI, QA, and leadership to move products faster
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing — someone who can sit in a customer discussion, identify the real problem, convert it into structured requirements, and also use modern AI tools to validate ideas quickly before full-scale engineering starts.
What You Will Own
Requirement Gathering & Problem Discovery
Attend client meetings, internal workshops, and discovery discussions
Ask the right questions to identify the actual business problem, edge cases, dependencies, and expected outcomes
Convert discussions into structured requirements, workflows, user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks early instead of passing unclear requirements downstream
Product Demos & Customer-Facing Work
Deliver product demos to prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
Tailor demos based on industry, use case, and client pain points
Support onboarding, training, and feedback sessions
Capture feedback from demos and discussions, and convert it into actionable product inputs
AI-Based POCs & Rapid Prototyping
Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Copilot, or similar tools to build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Validate new ideas before engineering bandwidth is committed
Test prompts, workflows, AI outputs, and use case feasibility
Support the team in comparing possible approaches for faster product decisions
Product Documentation & Execution Support
Prepare PRDs, feature notes, workflows, user stories, release notes, and process documents.
Work with engineering and AI teams to clarify requirements during development
Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and feature rollouts
Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and not vague
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with engineering, AI, QA, design, product leadership, and business teams
Help align teams on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Follow up proactively to keep work moving
Bring structure and clarity in fast-moving environments
Holistic Product Thinking
Think beyond just features — connect business needs, user experience, technical feasibility, workflow impact, and delivery practicality
Spot missing steps, operational issues, and downstream effects during product discussions
Help shape practical solutions, not just ideal ones
What we are looking for
Must have
2–4 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Solutioning, Pre-Sales Product, or a similar role in software / SaaS / AI products
Strong ability to gather requirements and convert discussions into structured documentation
Confidence in giving product demos and speaking with clients/stakeholders
Hands-on comfort with AI tools for prototyping, ideation, testing, and fast execution
Strong logical thinking and the ability to understand workflows end-to-end
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand APIs, integrations, and product flows at a practical level
Good documentation skills: PRDs, user stories, workflows, process notes, or feature specs
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and standard execution tools
Strong ownership, follow-through, and comfort working in ambiguity
Strong techno-functional understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate whether a proposed solution approach is aligned to business goals.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience working on AI, LLM, automation, workflow, chatbot, voicebot, or enterprise SaaS products
Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG, AI APIs, or evaluation of AI tools/vendors
Ability to create basic structured cost models or effort thinking in Excel
Familiarity with SQL, Python, Postman, Power BI, or API testing tools
Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
Exposure to pre-sales, solution demos, or client workshops

Becomes a dependable bridge between business discussions and technical execution
Contributes meaningfully to at least one shipped feature, workflow, or client-facing solution
Demonstrates strong ownership, structured thinking, and speed of execution
