- Candidates require to work closely with US Client.
- Communicate one to one with client and team and take up ownership.
- Ready to work on weekends. Adjusting weekdays with working days.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams.

- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
- Verifying Logs, Track business flow
- Attentive and responsive to meet SLA’s
- Able to handle pressurize situation
- Understand production criticality
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues

- Must be able to demonstrate learning attitude and taking up responsibilities.
