Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python and Django.
2. Implement RESTful APIs and WebSocket services as required for the project needs.
3. Engage in database design, development, and optimization. Experience with MongoDB will be advantageous.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
6. Recommend and execute improvements.
7. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of experience in Python development.
2. Solid understanding of Django framework.
3. Proficiency with RESTful APIs and WebSocket.
4. Experience with relational databases; familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
5. Basic knowledge of LLM will be considered a strong advantage.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
8. Excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Must Have Skills - Fast API, Strong understanding of System Design (scalability, async processing, caching, messaging patterns), Celery, Postgres, AWS, Azure, Caching (e.g., Redis or equivalent), Queuing/ Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or equivalent), EC2/ ECS, Docker
- Good to Have- Temporal, Airflow, Experience with workflow orchestration or distributed task scheduling
