Must Have Skills:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a strong techno-commercial background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT products, with additional experience in AI products being a significant advantage. This role demands someone who excels in sales strategy, storytelling, and presentation skills and can drive revenue growth through subscription-based sales models.

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product features, technical requirements, and enhancements based on customer needs and competitive analysis.

Technical Expertise & Leadership:

  • Leverage technical knowledge to guide the product development process, ensuring alignment with product requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the architectural team to design technical approaches and product flows.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Roadmap & Planning:

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining milestones and deliverables.
  • Prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, and resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Develop use cases, functional requirements, and comprehensive documentation to support product development efforts.

Product Development & Delivery:

  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues.

User Experience & Customer Focus:

  • Advocate for end users, ensuring high standards of usability and user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into product improvements.
